We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. We will provide a full refund in the following cases:
- If the purchase didn’t satisfy your needs.
- If you’ve encountered false advertising.
- If you had a technical difficulty using the product, you have contacted support about it and we couldn’t resolve it for you within 3 business days.
If you are entitled to get a refund regarding the bullet points above get in touch with us, tell us the reason and we will provide a full refund.
Membership & Recurring Payments
The 30-day money back guarantee only applies to the first 30 days of your subscription. It’s up to you to cancel the subscription before the rebilling period if you don’t want to extend it. Once the recurring payment has been processed, you can cancel the subscription, but no refund will be given for the already-paid period.

- By issuing a refund, you will no longer be entitled to contact support or use the product (the license code will become invalid and updates will not work).
- Because we are selling digital goods, this refund policy can be easily abused. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
