How to change the URL for portfolio pages

If you go to a single portfolio page, your URL will look something like this: http://yourdomain.com/portfolio/my-project.

Usually you want to change the “portfolio” part of the URL and that’s easy to do in our themes:

  1. go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Portfolio
  2. change the Portfolio slug option to your liking
  3. save the customizer settings
  4. go to Settings -> Permalinks and re-save the settings (for the new portfolio slug to take effect)
