Here are the steps you should take in order to access the 1-on-1 support we provide for our WordPress themes.

Login

First, you need a ProteusThemes Dashboard account. If you bought any our theme on this website, the account has been created during the purchase and you’ve received the login details to your email address.

However, if you bought our theme elsewhere, the account is created for you when you register the theme on your domain. Alternatively, you can also register manually here.

Open a New Ticket

When logged in, you can open a new support ticket going to the Support tab and then click the button Open a new ticket:

Reset a password

If you already have a ProteusThemes Dashboard account but you forgot your username or password or both, you can recover it on this page.
